Currently managed by Haywards via HCC the Academy is placing their Cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional Cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by Monday 15th November 2021 with a contract start date of 2nd April 2022. Lot 1: ACADEMY DETAILS Total Pupil Numbers Total: 1350 Female: 650 Male: 700 Total Staff Numbers Total: 170 Female: 120 Male: 50 Estimated M² Main Building: 10,437 m2 Current Cleaning Times AM: n/a PM: 17:00 – 20:00 Day Janitor: 07:30 – 15:30 TTO + 5 Insets Lettings: n/a Additional areas to possibly be included are: 1. Increase in sqm of sports facilities building cleaning up to 1083sqm. 2. The Academy has a proposal to build an additional catering building for our Post – 16 and Yr11 students. This is currently in the planning phase with a view to build in Autumn 2021 – 183sqm
