Tender description

The Living Levels Partnership is seeking to develop a sustainable and integrated Legacy Plan that builds upon the success of the LL programme and ensures that suitable mechanisms are put in place to deliver long-lasting benefits for the Gwent Levels landscape, heritage and communities. The Living Levels Partners have indicated a desire to continue the Landscape Partnership beyond the current funding to build on progress towards outcomes set out in the Landscape Conservation Action Plan (LCAP), Green Infrastructure Strategy and Destination Management Plan after the period of initial investment provided by NLHF. The partnership now requires the services of an external consultant experienced in developing complex programmes and their governance to develop a: 1. Legacy Plan - consisting of a vision, long term objectives, and 5-year management plan 2. Sustainable funding model that can deliver a continued partnership with meaningful function
