The University of Nottingham's (UoN) Estates Office wishes to understand the condition of its King's Meadow Campus. This would indicate the condition of all assets, including all Building, Mechanical and Electrical elements, identify their compliance with statutes, and establish the five year predicted asset renewal cost to ensure the anticipated building life expectancy is achieved, notionally 40 years, in an efficient manner.
