<p>Dorset Council is seeking tenders from capable service providers for a Dorset Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Dorset Council currently fulfil the statutory responsibility to provide specific information, advice and support (IAS) for special educational needs and disability (SEND) through our in-house SENDIASS. This is a free, impartial service for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years who have SEND, and their parents and carers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Dorset Council are seeking an external provider to deliver SENDIASS to ensure impartiality, compliance and effective service delivery.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Dorset SENDIASS is part of the national network of SENDIASS organisations. However, Tenderers are free to submit a Tender below this maximum annual total allowed providing they are satisfied this will meet the requirements of the service specification.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Providers have the choice to submit a pricing schedule for one or both options:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Option A: 5 years with option to extend for up to 2 years (total value &pound;1,195,950)</li> <li>Option B: 7 years with option to extend for up to 3 years (total value &pound;1,708,500)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Note the reference to TUPE and Pension Risk Share in the Procurement Documents.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Pension Risk Share - the pension risk sharing arrangements are outlined in Appendix A - Pension Risk Sharing Arrangements.</p> Keywords: SEND, Support, Special, Advice, Educational, Information
