Tender description

A procurement request has been submitted to explore undertaking of a competitive process for service delivery into HMP Altcourse. However, in that time demand has reduced significantly, which was unforeseen due to the nature of the criminal justice system, necessitating a further period of review to forecast potential demand and determine the appropriate course of action in order to be sure of best value and most effective means of delivery. In the meantime there remains eligible Care Act needs within the establishment that need to be met to ensure compliance with Care Act and Human Rights.
