Development and Delivery of BSL tours for the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

Development and Delivery of BSL tours of Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE). We are looking to hear from interested parties that can provide the above service to offer the development and delivery of live BSL tours of RBGE’s Gardens and its collections. The content of these tours will be devised and developed in collaboration with relevant RBGE staff and are expected to cover points of interest in the Garden including the Living Collection and areas of historical and seasonal interest. The tours are expected to last no longer than 60-75 minutes. Suitable contractors should have experience of developing BSL tours for/with visitor attractions and/or cultural venues and will require some understanding of Botany and/or Horticulture. They are also expected to have an in depth understanding of d/Deaf history and the local Deaf community. These tours should be developed between August-October with three to be delivered by December 2021.
