<p>The Trust is looking to appoint a Design Team(s) for the refurbishment of a Urology Investigation Unit and expansion of the current Children’s Outpatients Department. This will be done in the form of separate lots. The proposed lots are: • Lot 1: Urology Investigation Unit • Lot 2: Children’s Outpatient Department Suppliers may bid for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. The requirement is for a design team to perform the following roles to the Urology Investigation Unit and Children’s Outpatients projects as detailed below: • Architectural Design as Design Lead • Project Manager • Mechanical and Electrical Designer • Cost adviser • Principle Designer • Structural Engineer</p> Keywords: Design services
