Internal and external demolition and site development works at the former Galvone Arms and furniture store, Collins Avenue, Limerick, with associated site development works. This is an existing large commercial building, surrounded by a tarmacadam yard and adjacent to a public road and nearby housing development. The Contractor must confine their operations within the area in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
