Early Market Engagement N/A Who Speclialist Work With You’ll be joining a wider delivery with other delivery managers, coaches, user researchers, product managers, etc. What Specialists Work On We’re looking for delivery managers to come and join us to work on a variety of different work – leading a discovery into eProcurement; organisational design work with Welsh Revenue Agency; helping us shape up potential projects with organisations like Natural Resources Wales, groups of local authorities, NHS Wales, etc. Skills & Experience • Recent examples of delivery managing discoveries • Demonstrable experience in delivering digital products and services • Proven experience using a range of agile tools and techniques • Demonstrable experience of challenging and removing barriers to service delivery • Recent experience of matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams • Recent experience of working with senior leaders new to agile on high profile projects • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity • Demonstrable experience of the government digital landscape • Demonstrable negotiation skills Nice to Haves • Professional-level fluency in Welsh language • Demonstrable experience of working in the open • Demonstrable experience of working in the Welsh Public Sector Work Location This post is remote working Working Arrangments We expect this work will be done remotely for the foreseeable future. Should official guidance change during the duration of this engagement, you may be expected to attend meetings across Wales.
