Framework call off from Scottish Government Framework for Creative Services SP-16-008 The contractor will provide the SPCB with a creative design service that will support the Parliament by producing information products that will assist increased awareness and understanding of the work of the Parliament and promote public engagement. The Services cover the development of creative briefs, devising propositions through to the creation of all required Products, in a varied range of formats, including digital and print.
