Tender description

The bending machine required is to be automatic in the Y, X & Z axis. The machine must be cabale of bending 115mm tube with 8mm wall at 2.5xD. Also the machine must be capable of bending square profile sections of 100x100x8mm. The CNC bender must have a usefull working length of 4 meter or more. 3D graphics & collision simulation must be incorporated. Tooling for the following sizes must be included: Tube: O.D. 60mm - radius 200mm Tube: O.D. 80mm - radius 200mm Tube: O.D. 100mm - radius 200mm Tube: O.D. 115mm - radius 300mm S.H.S: 80x80 - bend radius 200mm S.H.S 100 x100 - bend radius 300mm R.H.S 100x50 - bend radius 200mm Delivery, setup and training must be provided onsite.
