Maistro are inviting suppliers to the pre-qualification stage for the Tender of Cleaning and Security services at Castlegate Shopping Centre and Wellington Square Shopping Centre, on behalf of Stockton on Tees Borough Council. Stockton on Tees Borough Council have appointed our client who are a leading provider of real estate consultancy services. Their principal activities include advising owners, investors, users and developers of commercial and residential real estate on achieving maximum value from their properties as effective workspaces, homes or investments. Please note this process in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (legislation.gov.uk). In accordance with the PCR 2015 only suppliers who complete and qualify through the SQQ stage will be invited to tender. Additional information: Contract Term We are looking to appoint on a two year term for Wellington Square Shopping Centre and a one year term for Castlegate Shopping Centre. Castlegate Shopping Centre is part of the Stockton redevelopment masterplan and therefore maybe required to be flexible on the contract end and potential change of requirements leading to site closure. The retailers based at Castlegate are offered relocation to Wellington Square during this phase of development transition.
