First Choice Homes Oldham are inviting tenders for the provision of a Cavity Wall and Other Insulation Service and intend to appoint a single provider Lot 1: First Choice Homes Oldham are inviting tenders for the provision of a Cavity Wall and Other Insulation Service and intend to appoint a single provider 1.1To provide the following services to FCHO: 1.2Carry out investigations following issues and reports of damp and condensation to properties 1.3Deliver ‘packaged’ programmes of work including: •Installation of cavity wall insulation to ‘virgin’ cavities’ •Extract of failed cavity wall insulation and re-blow •Installation of loft insulation to a minimum of 270mm •Removal of loft insulation and renew where required to a minimum of 270mm •Top up loft insulation where required to a minimum of 270mm •Deliver insulation works that form funded programmes, such as ECO3, the Green Homes Grant and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund •Have access to funding streams (e.g. ECO3) •Carry out pre and post EPC assessments as required •Provide advice and assistance on insulation related works and queries Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/5BE7J3K9Q7
