Wirral Council Social Services Commissioners and the NHS Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group have come together under the brand “Wirral Health & Care Commissioning” WHCC (whilst retaining separate legal entities). This is for a joint commission with Wirral Council as lead commissioner. For the purpose of this part of the document the term WHCC will be used.
