Tender description

PSDS Buried Network Construction. Energy Services is continuing to install heat networks in the city and have received funding from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund to connect buildings occupied or owned by public sector organisations. The project is being completed as there is: • Bristol Commitment to be Carbon Neutral by 2030. • Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund spending agreed with cabinet in February 2021 • Obligation on Energy Service to meet funding deadline to complete the works by September 2021 The contract will be direct awarded to the already mobilised contractor on both networks relevant to the PSDS funding as their are are a number of efficiencies.
