Tender description
The Works include the construction of a single-storey extension comprising a lobby, bathroom and bedroom to the side of 18 Deansrath Grove, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, for South Dublin County Council. Some ancillary (mechanical, electrical, opes & making good) works to the existing dwelling will also be required. The existing dwelling is a three-bedroom, 5-person, end-of-terrace, two-storey dwelling. The area of the proposed extension is circa 27.1 sq.m. The house will be occupied during the course of the works. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and documentation attached. Project Reference Number 20013 Quotations must be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie before 4pm on August 20th, 2021
