<p>Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) allows local authorities and other contracting authorities in the public sector to engage with a market. PMC is designed to encourage the commercial and voluntary sectors to engage with the development process before a procurement is released.</p> <p>North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) recognises that there are insufficient, good quality options for care experienced young people needing a new home to support them as they move towards independence. This market consultation event is to undertake discussions with potential providers so as to better understand their perspectives on how services should be commissioned and provided in North East Lincolnshire.</p> <p>Providers may request to attend the PMC discussion event with the Authority on 22nd July 2021, via YORtender messaging function by Wednesday 21st July 2021. Following receipt of request, we will invite you to the consultation event, on Thursday 22nd July 1100 &ndash; 1230.
