Tender description
Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the supply and fit of Medical Adaptations for the 2020-21 financial year. Works are required from time to time for SBHA Tenants whose needs have changed due to medical conditions which require adaptations to the homes provided. These could be access adaptations, bathrooms or kitchens, the successful contractor will be required to supply and fit such adaptations. SBHA would like to reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 12 months should budget and tenant need require such an extension.
