The Provision of Cloud Based Travel & Subsistence System for the Mental Health Commission

Tender description

The Mental Health Commission has a requirement for a new cloud-based Travel, Subsistence and Expenses System (‘TES’) to support the processing of travel & expenses claims for all staff and stakeholders. The TES is to replace an old system; the new system is critical to operation of a new division within the MHC. The tender documents provide information on the core requirements for the replacement of the current Travel and Expenditure System. The MHC is a ‘Public Cloud First Organisation’ and utilizes Microsoft 365. The MHC believes that the required functionality of the new TES will be met by standard ’out of box’ functionality with appropriate and limited configuration. Tenderers may, however, propose to develop (or partially develop) a competitive system. Any proposed development must meet the critical requirements and timelines.
