TC043 - Emptying of Skips at Wellington Yard

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for the Emptying of Skips at Wellington Yard, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Framework Agreement period will be for 2 years with the option to extend for upto an additional two (2) twelve (12) months periods. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence 22 September 2021 Lot 1: The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for the Emptying of Skips at Wellington Yard, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Framework Agreement period will be for 2 years with the option to extend for upto an additional two (2) twelve (12) months periods. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence 22 September 2021. The Authority seeks to invite companies to tender for the removal of the waste using their own skips and equipment to reduce the number of trips from the depot to the disposal site. Any skips supplied would need to be adapted to cater for the safe tipping of waste from small compact mechanical sweepers and fitted with a drainage system to allow excess water to drain away from the waste.
