Tender description
The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order to understand how you as an SI Partner for this implementation would help the BBC achieve a successful outcome and meet the project objectives. Responding to this briefing document will allow the BBC to: - Build an understanding of how you would implement these products - Understand how you approach the following: o Planning & Governance o Project management o Analysis & Design o Build o Test o Service Design & Knowledge Transfer to all support teams (internal and external) involved in the process o Change management, training and comms Support o Post Go Live Support The BBC is looking to transform its processes, operating model and technology in relation to recruitment and onboarding, recognising the importance that it has not only in the overall HR Value Chain but also to ensure that candidates, new hires and hiring managers have the best possible experience both as one of their first touch points with the BBC and subsequently as they develop their careers. This experience can be crucial when it comes to retention rates and development opportunities. Front and centre of this must be a commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that the BBC recruits a wide range of talent with a diversity of thought that will enable the BBC to create content that fully reflects the UK and the world today. They key objectives for the delivery is to implement SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding core cloud technology over a 12-month period including a series of key integrations to help embed best practise for R&O processes in line with cloud technology and enable process simplification and standardisation, a high degree of self-service as well as a great user experience and analytics. Additional Talent Sourcing requirements are to potentially be delivered by a separate, initially standalone Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) solution with integration to follow once SF R&O is implemented. Please note that the BBC is not obliged to award a contract as a result of this exercise nor is it obliged to run any further competitions. All submissions are at the Bidder's own expense.
