Somerset Libraries furniture mini competition using YPO Library Solutions 888

Tender description

Bridgwater Library is the 3rd largest and busiest library in Somerset, it is also in part, a Grade II listed building.  It is due to undergo some major building and internal refurbishment works in 2022.  Somerset Libraries is looking for an innovative and modern approach to the design layout, to showcase our book stock and provide an exciting space for the community in and around Bridgwater.  We operate a staffed and self-service option at Bridgwater (3 kiosks). The purpose of this quotation is for the design and furniture for Bridgwater Library however it is our intention for the successful supplier to be used for several more libraries to keep the look and feel the same.  These include but are not limited to the following libraries:  Wellington  Minehead  Langport  Crewkerne  We therefore require that the prices quoted for Bridgwater library to be available for these projects also (please note subsequent furniture requirements for all of the above 4 libraries combined will be approximately 40% to 50% of the size of the Bridgwater requirement.)
