The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a single contractor to carry out works which are for a single storey extension for a bedroom and disability shower wet room as described in the PDF document named Schedule of Works. Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the NEC-3 Contract Document which will be Signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works
