Roof Refurbishment at Scoil Mochua, Agards Rd., Celbridge, Co.Kildare

Tender description

The works involve the repair of the existing flat roofs to the older parts of the existing Primary School and will include the installation of a fall restraint system, and other minor alterations to facilitate the same, as shown on the Architect's drawings. In addition to the roof repair, reroofing works, fall restraint system installation etc. the works may include the following elements: External Works • Demolition & removal of existing rainwater goods, barbed wiring to parapets etc. as affected by the works • Making good to landscaping works, including making good site works, kerbing, paving, gravel etc. arising from temporary contractor works. Internal Works • Minor repairs only arising from the works if necessary (however, it is not believed that such works will be necessary).
