Hart District Council is seeking quotations for the preparation of a number of reports in connection with exploring a potential new Garden Community within the district. The work has been split into 8 lots as listed below and suppliers are invited to submit responses for each report they are interested in, using the attached bidding documents: 01 Strategy Report - HNA and HIA 02 Strategy Report - GI, Sports and Leisure 03 Strategy Report - Economy and Employment 04 Evidence for Need for Housing for Older People 05 Evidence for Need for housing for supported housing 06 Evidence for Need for housing for younger people and first-time buyers 07 Garden Community Technical Report - Accessible Housing 08 Garden Community Technical Report - Keyworker Housing The estimated budget is for all 8 reports, recognising some may be more in depth than others Please email the lead contact if you have any queries, quoting the document title(s) the query relates to.
