Harwich Haven requires a replacement systems and technology solution to support their Vessel Traffic Services operation, incorporating pilotage and other support services. The successful solution will comply with industry standards, include a robust support and maintenance contract, with a demonstrable focus on client engagement and a user community approach. Lot 1: A tender process was conducted to replace systems supporting their Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) operation. The functions to be supported include but are not limited to: - Radar vessel tracking - Movement processing - Pilot tasking and scheduling - Vessel database maintenance - PEC support and tariff management It is the preference of the contracting authority to source a modular solution through a contract agreement with a single provider.
