Cardiff Council are looking for a supplier to provide a service for the collection and recycling of hygiene waste for a 2 year period, following a procurement process. This is hygiene waste will mainly consist of disposable nappies and incontinent pads. The material will be collected from the Council's Waste Transfer Station, where it will be bulked. The estimated tonnage is 800 per annum.
