Tender description
The main purpose of this tender is to contract a friendly, efficient provision and timely delivery of high-quality canteen and catering services at Eurofound. The main purpose of the hospitality service is to provide balanced, healthy and tasty food to staff and its visitors. Lot 1: The successful contractor will be expected to provide the following services to Eurofound: — on-going staff service (both breakfast and lunch) in the canteen; — ad-hoc catering service for conferences, meetings and other events. Note: TUPE or the Transfer of Undertakings Directive of 1977, which became part of Irish law by the European Communities (Safeguarding of Employees' Rights on Transfer of Undertakings) Regulations, 1980, protects the rights of employees where the business in which they are employed is transferred to a new owner, and is applicable to this contract.
