Peripherals Catalogue with Buying e-Portal Access - AWARD

Tender description

The Office for National Statistics has a requirement for a IT Peripherals Catalogue with Buying e-Portal Access ONS is looking to establish an agreement with a single Supplier for purchasing a wide range of IT peripheral commodities, such as but not limited to, mice, keyboards, headsets, cables and screens, on a "one stop shop basis". Deliveries would be required to all of ONS' offices, of which there are 3. A full list of the goods/types of goods required can be found within the requirement document. The Supplier must provide access for the primary purchases to be made and transacted via an online buying portal to a catalogue of goods. Whilst the expectation and requirement is that this buying portal platform is "off the shelf" it must have certain characteristics and functionalities as outlined within the requirements to enable efficient purchasing and order processing, aligning with ONS' administrative tasks and requirements, establishing our preferred route of purchasing for such goods This procurement is being conducted under ONS reference PU-21-0235andas a mini-competition under the HealthTrust Europe LLP Framework Agreement for the provision of Enterprise Level Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions for hardware, software, programs, applications, security, computer science, managed services, consultancy, support and associated services -2019 (reference number: SF050716) dated 27th September 2019.
