One Horton Heath - Lower Acre Pre Construction Quantity Surveying Services

Tender description

To provide Pre Construction Quantity Surveying Services for the first 393 units at the One Horton Heath development known as Lower Acre. The delivery will be split into 3 distinct delivery parcels (1.1a, 1.1b and 1.2) and the scope of services will be applicable across the three separate parcels. It should be noted that the overall Lower Acre estimate will include activity outside of the parcels 1.1a, 1.1b and 1.2 such as utilities, roads, drainage etc..
