Tender description
North Ayrshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced professional service providers for a variety of professional consultancy services to North Ayrshire Council, as part of a new professional services framework agreement. The services provided will be delivered in North Ayrshire including the islands of Arran and Millport. This encompasses a range of multi-disciplinary engineering and construction consultancy services used by the Council. The professional service providers will be required to undertake a wide range of activities related to each of the services. The scope of services is divided into 20 lots. It will be a requirement of the framework that bidders must have the appropriate qualifications and memberships(or equivalents) as detailed in the tender documents for each lot they submit a bid for. Due to the multiple qualification requirements across all 20 Lots this cannot be individually listed in this section. Please refer to the ESPD Guidance Document where full qualification requirements are provided. The framework agreement will commence 1 September 2020 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 1 year. Lot 2: Building Surveying North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Building Surveying services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 3: Transport Planning North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Transport Planning services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 5: Conservation Architectural Services North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Conservation Architectural Services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 6: Landscape Architectural Services North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Landscape Architectural Services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 7: Planning Services North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Planning Services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 9: Civil and Structural Engineering North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Civil and Structural Engineering services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 12: Archaeology Services North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Archaeology Services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 14: Masterplanning North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Masterplanning services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 15: Economic Consultants North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced service providers for Economic Consultancy services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template. Lot 17: Ecological Surveying North Ayrshire Council requires professionally qualified and experienced services providers for Ecological Services for a range of duties which illustrates but is not limited to the activities as detailed in the lot specific specification of services and detailed in Appendix A of the Technical Experience Template.
