Homes England - Security Services Framework

Tender description

This framework will be used to procure security services across Homes England sites. Individual call-off contracts will either be via direct award or further competition. The overall value of the framework is estimated to be GBP 10 million. Due to the changing nature of the Homes England’s national land portfolio, the estimated value of the framework takes into consideration the potential for the portfolio of sites to reduce due to disposal of land or increase due to acquisition of land.
