Homes England - Security Services Framework

Tender description

This framework will be used to procure Security Services across Homes England sites. Any organisation, or consortium, can apply to be a supplier if they can deliver all of the required services across the relevant geographical area lot(s). Those considering submitting a tender should look carefully at the scope of services. Our framework is for 4 years and it envisaged that there will be up to 11 suppliers. Lot 1 - Security Services Geographical Area 1 will have 3 suppliers, Lot 2 Security Services Geographical Area 2 will have 4 suppliers and Lot 3 Security Services Geographical Area 3 will have also have 4 suppliers. Individual call off contracts will either be via direct award or further competition. The overall value of the Framework is estimated to be £10m. Due to the changing nature of the Homes England's national land portfolio, the estimated value of the Framework takes into consideration the potential for the portfolio of sites to reduce due to disposal of land or increase due to acquisition of land. It is therefore, acknowledged that the services required under the Framework may expand or reduce throughout its duration.
