Tender description

Fáilte Ireland requires the provision of an enhanced telephony solution to deliver Unified Communications using Microsoft Teams. This will allow Fáilte Ireland to replace all desk-based landline handsets with a system based on Microsoft Teams allowing staff to make outbound and receive inbound calls. The chosen system will provide a single management platform for all Fáilte Ireland telephone numbers and remove the ongoing need to support and maintain multiple, non-integrated phone systems.
