At present all employee files are held in a paper-based format in a filing room in the Human Resource Business Centre, Axis House in Birmingham. The scope of work for this activity is to scan all existing employee files in Axis house and host these on a cloud-based platform It is anticipated that this project will be implemented by end Q2 2021 Scanning is to be completed within 4 months of the contract commencement date.
