Cork County Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consulting Engineer (the Consultant) to prepare the necessary designs, planning documentation, land acquisition documentation, construction tender documentation, contract administration and undertake site supervision within the role of Project Supervisor Design Stage (PSDS) to implement the development of a Cycle and Pedestrian Link/Pathway within the WaterRock Urban Expansion Area (UEA), but also considering connectivity beyond/outside the UEA in Midleton, County Cork: 1. New Cycle/Pedestrian Links/Pathway within the UEA; including bridges across the Owenacurra River
