Tender description

Cefas require a suitable vessel to carry out a short study (1 day of operations) of the Tees (Outer) (also known as Tees Bay “C”) dredge disposal site, capable of carrying two Cefas staff and deploying suitable equipment to support the survey requirements. Sediment samples of the seabed will be taken using the vessel supplied grab and a small sub-sample will be immediately frozen on the vessel. The remainder of the sediments will be processed on board for macrofauna (and placed in plastic containers for storage.
