Tender description
Ards and North Down Borough Council (ANDBC) is developing its evidence base to inform the preparation of the Local Development Plan (LDP). Tenders are sought by ANDBC for a consultancy firm to undertake a retail and commercial leisure study to inform the emerging Ards and North Down LDP in relation to its town, district, village and local centres and large retail developments. The study will form a technical supplement to accompany the plan. .
