Tender description

The Authority, as part of its scanning surveillance to detect new and re-emerging animal disease threats (NRT) that could impact on our livestock and equine sectors and public health, has a requirement for regular intelligence on diseases prevalent in the British equine population. The Supplier shall produce quarterly reports for quarter 3 (July - September 2021) and quarter 4 (October - December 2021) on equine disease detected across Great Britain in that quarter. The information forming the basis of the quarterly reports shall be sourced from as large a network of commercial and practice laboratories that the Supplier can involve to provide regular timely reports of equine disease.
