WDC - ITT for provision of a bike track facility at Newbold Comyn Park, Royal Leamington Spa

Tender description

Warwick District Council is seeking to redevelop Newbold Comyn, which includes using part of the existing disused golf course to create cycle tracks, a learn to ride area, skills area and to upgrade the campion hills. The Council is looking for a contractor redevelop the existing Campion Hills bike tracks; but also to build a new cycle track facility based on an approved conceptual cycle trail design. Works are anticipated to commence on 24th September 2021, with the aim to be completed by 4th March 2022. These dates are to allow for any final defects to be rectified and to meet the funders deadline prior to the site opening to the public on 31st March 2022. Works will need to be carried out in a single phase until completion.
