Various contingency services required throughout cyber attack. Including training, support, incidence response and security assistance. Lot 1: Cloud Managed Services This included provisioning of email to 60 000 HSE staff. Assistance included a technical solution to gather data across the service in the form of an email registration service. Lot 2: Assistance for Printer Connections and IMS re Linux Deployment Assistance to re-establish the printing from the PAS application in Acute Hospitals (Naas, Columcille and NRH) and 26 Community Health Long Stay Hospitals (East & Midwest). Lot 3: Establishment of OoCIO National Incident Management Office in HSE Offices, Ardee Need for relocation due to major cyber attack and the fitout of the room – kitout both with office furniture and ICT comms equipment. Lot 4: Kitout of OoCIO National Incident Management Office in HSE Offices, Ardee Need for relocation due to major Cyber Attack and the fitout of the room – kitout both with office furniture and ICT comms equipment. Lot 5: Server and Supported Application Restoration Work Verification and restoration of HSE servers and systems. Lot 6: Online Training Sessions Training on new email system for HSE users (15k staff). Lot 7: Support for St Michael’s and the Rotunda Hospitals Assistance in server recovery.
