The Design and Fit-out of an Outpatient Department for Beaumont Hospital at Omni Park Shopping Centre, Santry, Dublin 9

Tender description

Beaumont Hospital intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced contractor to design and fit-out three units at Omni Park Shopping Centre for use as an Outpatients Department. Volume A (Works Requirements) contains comprehensive design information, which will be developed by the successful contractor prior to the execution of the required works. Interested parties are required to respond in full to these Invitation to Tender documents, completing the SAQ, Volume C in its entirety and the Form of Tender and Schedules. ADDITIONALLY, TENDERERS MUST RESPOND TO THE QUALITATIVE AWARD CRITERIA DETAILED IN THE PARTICULARS OF THE INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS. A FAILURE TO PROVIDE A NARRATIVE RESPONSE TO EITHER OF THE QUALITATIVE AWARD CRITERIA MAY RESULT IN THE ELIMINATION OF THE TENDER SUBMISSION AS UNSUITABLE.
