The Brooksbank School Facility Management Contract

Tender description

The Brooksbank School want to appoint a single or dual supplier contract to carry out their on-site School Hard FM and Soft Cleaning Service requirements. The Contract will run for 5 years (subject to satisfactory performance review after year 3), with a 12 month termination option. Further details of the Requirement are attached in the following document. The tender is split in to three lots andTendering Organisations are able to bid for 1 more of the lots. The Contracting Authority will be either awarding a contract via Lot 1 or Lots 2 and 3. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. Lot 1: Total Facilities Management Service This lot is for the provision of a total facilities management service including: Buildings and Asset Maintenance Management Services Delivery Plan / Contract, Security Management Service Delivery Plan, Car Parking and Traffic Control, Service Delivery Plan - Health and Safety Management Plan, First aid support, Caretaking and Portering Management Service, Grounds Maintenance Management Service, Waste Management, Pest Control, Cleaning Services. Lot 2: Hard FM Services This lot is for the provision of Hard FM services including: Buildings and Asset Maintenance Management Services Delivery Plan / Contract, Security Management Service Delivery Plan, Car Parking and Traffic Control, Service Delivery Plan - Health and Safety Management Plan, First aid support, Caretaking and Portering Management Service, Grounds Maintenance Management Service, Waste Management and Pest Control Lot 3: Cleaning Services This lot is for the provision of a school cleaning service.
