Tender description
Waltham Forest Council is seeking to commission a contractor to run its Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR survey), which explores and tracks the views, experiences and needs of tenants living in council owned social housing in the borough and leaseholders who own the leasehold for one or more residential properties within council owned estates in the borough. The survey has now been running for more than a decade in Waltham Forest and is conducted on a twice-yearly basis. The survey is constructed as per guidance issued by HouseMark.
