A flexible energy supply contract is required to commence on 1st October 2021. The contract should allow the Buyer to fix and unfix their commodity requirement 'over-the-counter' with traders within the suppliers organisation. The contract is for a 36 month duration and will be based on 42 day BACs payment terms, which allow the buyer to pay invoices the last Thursday of the month following the creation of the invoice to them.
