Tender description

Arklow and Wicklow public libraries provide "My Open Library" Services (MOL). This means that library services available to members of the public who have MOL membership from 8AM - 10PM, 365 days per year. A static guard is required outside of library staffed hours, to ensure that the public are in a safe environment. This equates generally to 38.5 hours per week, while extra security hours are required on public holiday weekends and over the Christmas period.
