Tender description
<p>The London Borough of Hackney is currently reviewing and transforming its home care framework and is about to go out to tender. Alongside this, Hackney would like to consider an electronic brokerage system, initially for home care packages but with a view to add other frameworks and services. We are seeking companies which have previous experience of providing Adult Social Care e brokerage systems. We are looking for systems that enable commissioners and brokers to submit care plans and care packages to multiple providers simultaneously who then respond with a proposal and indicative costs within a given timescale. Quotes should be able to be ranked and awarded and, where appropriate, transacted online.</p> Keywords: Electronic monitoring system
