<p>We believe that there is an opportunity for a cycle hire concession at Snibston Colliery Park. The facilities on the site are intended to draw an audience from around the region and we believe there is a gap in the market around cycle hire. In addition, there could be scope for a business that wanted to offer cycle repair, alongside hire.
