Provision of Video conferencing hardware and software for use in multiple non-static locations

Tender description

Macra na Feirme are seeking quotations for the provision of Provision of Video conferencing hardware and software for use in multiple non-static locations to enable blended meetings in a post-covid environment. We operate a network of approximately 150 clubs around the country and this tender will initial provide hardware and software for the up to ten staff supporting these clubs. The option to extend provision of hardware and software to a collection or all clubs may be considered during the life of this tender. Bidders should note that clubs meet in a wide range of locations and venues around the country, and a system that can cater for the widest variation (meeting room size, participant numbers, etc) is advisable. Bidders should also note that meeting rooms are largely communal and not owned directly by Macra na Feirme therefore hardware that can be easily set up for a club meeting and removed after it, is preferred.
