Tender description

Our Definition stage has helped to provide consensus on the direction of travel and has helped us position or organisation and reward system design as the central driver for, and customer of our broader transformation portfolio. We now wish to to fully answer these questions within the Design stage of the programme. We are therefore looking for an expert partner to support the “design” stage of this work between July and November 2021 and help us develop a complete organisation and reward system design set direction of travel through to April 2022.
